SSj2 vs SSj was too little of a change considering how dramatic it was and SSj3 is the only form that has such a unique look. I do think the lack of eyebrows is a little weird though, but, that would be my only stylistic complaint about Super Saiyan 3 . It's great.

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	I think SS3 should look somewhere between SS3 and SS4. Keep everything golden, no fur but different eyelids, with the SS3 eyes, made the hair longer than SS2, but not as long as 3, then make the hair more wavy like SS4. I think it works, and it still makes it different but still knowing it's an SS form imo.

Except that its nothing against the latest enemy in Z and against Bills, I never saw Goku defeating anyone in that form besides roughing Fat Buu up a little.
